GreenMinds is a French non‑profit association (Loi 1901) founded by international experts in Artificial Intelligence, Environmental Engineering, and Hydraulics, with a special focus on Life Cycle Assessment. By combining cutting‑edge AI techniques with environmental sciences, we develop innovative, research‑driven solutions that help reduce humanity’s footprint on the planet.

Knowledge Sharing
We publish accessible articles and resources to promote awareness and understanding of AI applications in sustainability.
Collaborative Research
We lead and participate in research projects at local, national, and European levels, working independently or with partners to advance AI-driven environmental solutions.

We deliver seminars, workshops, and training programs designed to equip professionals and students with practical skills in AI, life cycle assessment (LCA), and hydraulic modeling.

President
Oscar Rodríguez, PhD is currently an AI Engineer at LumApps (France). He holds a Ph.D. in Computer and Control Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, with a focus on AI. His expertise includes Knowledge Representation and Reasoning, Natural Language Processing (LLMs) and Machine/Deep Learning. As president of Greenminds, he applies AI to drive sustainability initiatives.

Dr. Erasmo Cadena is a postdoctoral researcher at Ghent University’s Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, specializing in sustainability assessments and environmental sciences. He holds a Ph.D. from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, focused on sustainability and environmental sciences. His expertise includes bio-based economy, waste management, and aquaculture. As co-founder of Greenminds, he bridges research and practice to promote sustainability and environmental awareness.

Dayana Figueroa is an environmental engineer with a Master’s in Hydrotechnological and Environmental Project Management, currently working at F-Reg in Nice. She specializes in hydraulic modeling, stormwater management, and sewage network optimization. With a multicultural background from experiences in France, Spain, Colombia, and Germany, Dayana brings diverse expertise to her field. She has a strong background in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Dayana is also a cofounder of the Greenminds association, combining her professional skills and LCA knowledge with initiatives to promote environmental sustainability.
Together, our team members have published extensively in peer‑reviewed journals and contributed to numerous European and national projects, translating academic research into real‑world impact.
